Charming decor, but the locked bathroom really messed up our stay.

Both lovable and frustrating

The unique art nouveau character and high ceilings made my stay memorable. Vincent’s warm hospitality, along with the picturesque views of the lake added charm to my experience.

While the breakfast was good, it came with an extra charge, which felt a bit steep for my budget.

However, the bathroom sink was less functional than expected, and some room features needed attention. Additionally, although breakfast was delightful, the extra charge felt a bit steep.

The location was excellent, not in the

city center but close enough to explore Brussels. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful street it’s on, lined with shops and restaurants. However, I found the bathroom sink to be quite small and not very functional.

Our stay was incredibly uncomfortable due to the heat. the room had no air conditioning or fans, making it unbearable at night. Leaving the balcony doors open to cool down brought in a swarm of insects, which was disgusting. Additionally, the bathroom setup was frustrating. the sink hardly drained and the tiny size made it inconvenient.

Request a strong fan if it's warm. it made our stay much more comfortable despite the heat.

Staying at this beautifully preserved place was a delight! We enjoyed relaxing by the park and soaking in the lovely views. Vincent went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Our family, including my aunt, had a great time!

My kids wished there were more family-oriented activities on-site.

Had a fantastic stay with friends at this art nouveau gem! Loved being close to the park and easily visiting local bars. Vincent, the host, made it feel like home, with freshly made breakfast and a cozy atmosphere. Definitely check out the nearby ponds. they’re beautiful!

The only downside was that not everything worked perfectly in the room, but Vincent was quick to address it.

the sink in the bathroom was a bit too small for my liking. but the views of the lake just across the road were breathtaking. vincent was an awesome host, very welcoming, and the music in the house made everything feel cozy.

the breakfast features homemade baguettes and fresh organic strawberryes daily. we missed a proper shower.

This place suits me perfectly, providing great wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local taxi recommendation. I’m coming back for Easter!
